My heart and mind are settled as I was able to fly to Michigan to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. This particular trip brought up a lot of feelings for me as I chose to confront a sense of disconnection from loved ones here. Generating connection and relationship is a priority in my life. And, my heart hurts we I don’t experience reciprocity. I know the people in my life are grateful when I think of them and reach out. I too love knowing that I am on the hearts and minds of people I care about.
So, this trip and this time is one of healing, energy exchange, awareness & Trust, yes, “HEART.” May we all experience the fullness of “HEART” this holiday season and beyond!
